Production

In the chain of food production and transport  'Jugprom 'd.o.o. uses adequate integrated management quality system and HACCP system and process the fruit and vegetables in its sections.

The process start with purchasing, receiving purchased goods and their stocking and finish with transport and delivery of  final products and monitoring concerning products expiry dates.

Production programme includes  folowing products and sizes:

  • DZ Strawberry of all types of processing and cooling– 1.000 tonnes;
  • DZ Cherry of all types of processing and cooling – 3.000 tonnes;
  • DZ Raspberry of all types of processing and cooling – 1.000 tonnes;
  • DZ Blackberry of all types of processing and cooling – 1.000 tonnes;
  • DZ PlumSljiva of all types of processing and cooling – 1.000 tonnes;
  • DZ Blueberry – of all types of processing and cooling 500 tonnes;
  • DZ Dog rose of all types of processing and cooling – 300 tonnes;
  • DZ Pepper of all types of processing and cooling – 1.000 tonnes.

The company has got the refrigerated warehouse with the stocking capacity of cca. 6.000 tonnes of frozen fruit. 
Processing hall is eqipped with tecnological lines for processing berrylike fruit and fruit with pints as well as with pepper line.

All technical operatins are applied in the processing  itself: washing ( hard and fine ), inspection, calibration, removing pints, continuous  freezing, metal detection, packing as well as stocking till the moment of delivery.

In the hall for packing the frozen product is processed and packed under controlled temperature regime from +/- 0 °C to + 5 °C, and packed final products are kept in chambers at the temperqature of – 22°C.
