POLICY OF QUALITY AND ASSURANCE OF PRODUCTS

JUGPROM D.O.O. bases its business success on products and services which are completely in accordance with requirements of customers, applicable laws and regulations, as well as technical standards.
Management and all employees in JUGPROM D.O.O. are permanently obliged to comply with requirements and expectations of its users, by providing quality and sanitary correct products, as well as permanent decrease of influence of environmental contamination.

VISION OF JUGPROM D.O.O. Leskovac

Through development of quality and sanitary correct products, harmonized with world standards and regulations,  their manufacture by modern and same technologies, respecting cultural heritage of our users, by using quality and safe initial materials and fruits grown in healthy environment, our aim is to improve position of JUGPROM D.O.O. Leskovac in the market.

POLICY OF JUGPROM D.O.O. Leskovac

a) Comply with requirements and expectations of user and acquiring their confidence;
b) Apply an efficient system of product assurance ( HACCP SYSTEM );
c) Apply an effective and efficient system of quality management;
d) Protect the health of users by constant improvement of product assurance in all phases from receit of raw materials
  and initial materials to their storage and delivery of finished product;
e) By more efficient use of resources, improve the environmental conditions by preventive its
  pollution;
f)  Identify and constantly reconsider the needs and requirements of user and make conditions for development and
  constant improvement of product quality;
g) Be completetly in compliance with all applicable world standards, laws and regulations;
h) Increase the efficacy and efficiency of business system through permanent training of bot management and
  employees;
i)  Develop partner’s regulations with collaborators and suppliers;
j)  Constant increase of profit of the enterprise by constant decrease of costs and increase of activities.

Strategic commitment of our enterprise is full compliance with all standards of GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICE (GMP) and GOOD HYGIENIC PRACTICE (GHP) as the basic prerequisite for good management of HACCP system. Good system management of providing sanitary correctness of products, with special relation to hygienic sanitary work conditions within manufacturing process, overall quality of our products shall always be in compliance with specified requirements of customers, that is, clear expectations of customers primarily with respect to the correctness of our products and full assurance concerning health of customers.

System of quality management complies with the requirements of standard ISO 9001:2008.
HACCP system is in compliance with the project Codex Alimentarius commission CAC/RCP1-1969, Rev.4-2003.
All employees are obliged to accept and develop the culture of quality and to carry out their tasks in accordance with designated policy of quality.
